My TV Experience Changed a Lot after My Subscription to FiOS

After spending so many years arguing with Time Warner’s Road Runner over their billing, their service outages and when you’re about to give-up for determining that there is a cable monopoly, Verizon service started to offer FiOS TV in my area. In actuality they are already offering Verizon FiOS phone and Verizon FiOS Internet and already a subscriber and now that FiOS TV is available, I phoned in right away and applied for the service. And I tell you my TV experienced changed a lot.
Installation is not complicated, especially if you already a FiOS subscriber which I was. The Verizon staff will just extend a new line to the rooms where you want to put FIOS TV boxes and after that they will give you the boxes to perform on the programming. You and your family, depending on your needs, can get a basic box or acquire an HD box or a box that also contains a DVR so you can record channels and see them after a while. Our family went with the basic box for reasons that our family does not watch that much TV (that was before hahha).
From the time we’ve had it installed a few years ago the TV has been fantastic. Our family not in any condition had to report service interruption and we’ve have a lot of channels to choose from. Overall, I think Verizon is offers great service than any provider in town. Plus, the customer service, they are easier to transact with and the type of the service is always at its best. You get excellent quality pictures as well, no doubt about that.
In totality I like my Verizon FiOS TV and I’m really delighted I don’t have to deal with Time Warner’s Road Runner or any cable provider no longer.
